Breaking Ground provided tenant improvement services for Skin ETC’s skincare-focused spa near Jacksonville’s Goodby’s Creek. Our team performed select demolition, repaired the acoustical ceiling system, and replaced the existing infrastructure with new metal framing and drywall partitions. Custom additions included installation of a new drapery rod system, interior finishes, and a custom entry feature wall. We also made ADA-compliant egress and safety upgrades.
