Self-Help Credit Union River City Branch
Project Profile
Breaking Ground successfully completed the construction of a new community bank branch, serving as the project’s general contractor. The small but complex structure required close and constant communication with the out-of-state stakeholders and architects as well as careful coordination with multiple specialty contractors. Additionally, Breaking Ground self-performed the work on the building’s interior frames, doors and hardware, plus special features including the stepped flashing detail on the tower and a hidden pocket door. Despite the many challenges associated with building during a pandemic, we were able to adapt to the necessary protocols and supply chain disruptions and completed the project within the contracted timeframe.
