Breaking Ground restored the second-floor porch of JASMYN’s historic Riverside office. The project required extensive structural renovation including repairs to the porch’s soffits, fascia and the roof. Foundational repairs were completed using helical anchors, salvage, and re-use of the existing railings. New beadboard ceilings, tongue-and-groove, decking column wraps, and lighting were also installed.
