Breaking Ground performed construction management for multiple Duval County Public School System projects, all completed over holidays and weekends to accommodate school scheduling and prevent disruption of student and faculty activities. Five schools required MEP upgrades including both exterior and interior rehabilitation of finishes, paint, locker repair, millwork, and doors. We replaced chillers at two campuses and led a major renovation and rehabilitation to Robert E. Lee High School. Indoor air quality and recycling measures taken on all projects.
