For St John’s Rainbow Pediatric Center, Breaking Ground performed tenant improvements including tying new ductwork, plumbing, and electrical into the structure’s existing systems, plus the addition of a new fire alarm system and various safety improvements. We coordinated with specialty contractors to install new, state-of-the-art data, communications, and security systems. New finishes, custom, millwork, and a new hand-painted mural added the final aesthetic touch.
