This ground-up new construction project and associated utility work provide JEA with a much-needed new lab and office space for their critical testing requirements. The JEA Glove Lab project houses specialty lab equipment, storage, and office space to replace the existing and aging Glove Lab, which was demolished once the new building was completed. The new building systems are complex and are designed to meet the requirements of the specialized equipment and indoor air requirements particular to a laboratory environment.
