Description
The owner required a two phase project for alterations to the church sanctuary . Phase I work included Lower Chancel, Nave and Prayer Room to be completed prior to Palm Sunday. Phase II work was to commence after the Easter services and included work in the Choir Loft. Upon completion of both phases Breaking Ground Contracting scope of work was amended to add the restoration of the steeple. BGC self-performed 90% of the labor on this project
