Notable Project Details: This project was completed without any interruption of normal facility operations, as well as complying with all military base security and restricted access areas in the facility.
Breaking Ground Contracting Company was contracted by the State of Florida Department of Military Affairs to provide construction services for the roof replacement and interior/exterior renovation and remedial repairs of the Regional Training and Site Maintenance facility at Camp Blanding. This project consisted of the replacement of the roof system, demolition and replacement of wall panels on classroom building and warehouse training facility, upgrade to mechanical and electrical, replacement of all ceilings, complete exterior and interior paint and replacement of translucent panels with storefront window system in high bay area. All work was performed in a fully operational U.S. Army training facility.
